I. Data Access and Collection Policy

In order to ensure your personal and property security at our premises, we only collect essential data, such as: full name, ID number, company you work for, telephone number, e-mail address and photo. Your image may also be captured and stored by the monitoring system. This data is used exclusively for the purposes of registration, access control and the adoption of security measures, in accordance with items II and IX of Art. 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD). If you do not agree, you should not access the site.

Ascenty maintains technical and administrative security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and other situations that expose it to risk.

II. Conduct Rules Inside Ascenty

Inside Ascenty: (1) Visitors must always be accompanied and will have their access granted by “ride-along,” provided they are with the person they are visiting; (2) Service providers must be escorted to the work area; and (3) The identification badge must always be visible.

Inside Ascenty, you may not: (4) Capture images without authorization; (5) Consume food and beverages in operational areas. Food consumption in administrative areas should be restricted to break rooms; (6) Use accessories that hinder identification, such as hats, beanies, helmets, etc., except for clients with specific uniforms designated for dedicated environments.

Violations of these rules will result in administrative actions, including the temporary or permanent blocking of access to any Ascenty facility. If you have any questions or need to capture images for any purpose, please contact the security team for guidance and permission, adhering to the security rules established by Ascenty.
